At Excelgenics, we are committed to providing premium nutraceutical products with a seamless and customer-friendly shopping experience. This policy outlines our approach to shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. Shipping Policy
- Order Dispatch: All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
- Delivery Timeline: Products are generally delivered within 2–7 working days, based on the delivery location.
- Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.
2. Return Policy
We accept returns only in the following situations:
- You received a damaged or tampered product.
- You received an incorrect product.
- The product is delivered with less than 3 months of shelf life remaining.
Return Conditions:
- Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- All original labels, seals, and the invoice must be intact.
- The batch number must match the one mentioned in the invoice.
Non-Returnable Cases:
- Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Return request raised after 7 days of delivery.
- Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
3. Return & Refund Process
To raise a return request, email us at info@excelgenics.in with:
- Your Order ID
- Clear photos of the product and outer packaging (in case of damage or wrong item)
- A brief description of the issue
Our team will review your request within 72 business hours.
If approved:
- A reverse pickup will be arranged, or self-return instructions will be shared.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed.
4. Refund Policy
After successful verification and receipt of the returned product:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original mode of payment.
- Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (we will request your account details securely).
Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days of receiving the returned product.
5. Cancellation Policy
Customer-Initiated Cancellation:
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by emailing info@excelgenics.in.
- Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
Excelgenics-Initiated Cancellation:
We may cancel an order in the following scenarios:
- Product is out of stock or unavailable.
- Invalid or incomplete address provided.
- The order appears to be for bulk or resale purposes.
- System errors in pricing or inventory listing.
No cancellation charges will be applied for valid cancellations.
