Excelgenics – Shipping, Return & Refund Policy

At Excelgenics, we are committed to providing premium nutraceutical products with a seamless and customer-friendly shopping experience. This policy outlines our approach to shipping, returns, refunds, and cancellations.


1. Shipping Policy

  • Order Dispatch: All confirmed orders are dispatched within 24–48 business hours.
  • Delivery Timeline: Products are generally delivered within 2–7 working days, based on the delivery location.
  • Shipping Charges: Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or tampered product.
  • You received an incorrect product.
  • The product is delivered with less than 3 months of shelf life remaining.

Return Conditions:

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • All original labels, seals, and the invoice must be intact.
  • The batch number must match the one mentioned in the invoice.

Non-Returnable Cases:

  • Incorrect product ordered by the customer.
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Product has been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.
  • Return request raised after 7 days of delivery.
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

3. Return & Refund Process

To raise a return request, email us at info@excelgenics.in with:

  • Your Order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and outer packaging (in case of damage or wrong item)
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request within 72 business hours.

If approved:

  • A reverse pickup will be arranged, or self-return instructions will be shared.
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, the refund will be processed.

4. Refund Policy

After successful verification and receipt of the returned product:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunded to the original mode of payment.
  • Cash on Delivery Orders: Refunded via bank transfer (we will request your account details securely).

Refunds are processed within 10–15 working days of receiving the returned product.


5. Cancellation Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellation:

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched by emailing info@excelgenics.in.
  • Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.

Excelgenics-Initiated Cancellation:

We may cancel an order in the following scenarios:

  • Product is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Invalid or incomplete address provided.
  • The order appears to be for bulk or resale purposes.
  • System errors in pricing or inventory listing.

No cancellation charges will be applied for valid cancellations.
