Excelgenics is not liable for delays due to courier disruptions, natural disasters, or lockdowns.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Order cancellation can be requested before the order is dispatched.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
  • Refunds will only be issued for:
    • Damaged or defective products (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery)
    • Incorrect items shipped
    • Out-of-stock items cancelled by us

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened, unsealed, or used items
